Pintu Jati Minimalis
End-to-End Build — Design & Code
Pintu Jati Minimalis is a bilingual showcase site for a teak-door workshop in Boyolali selling Perhutani-certified architectural doors. Built with Astro and Tailwind CSS, the platform combines full-bleed workshop photography, CNC panel carving galleries, and 3D CAD design process previews with direct WhatsApp owner contact.
Key features
Zero-friction bilingual interface
Every section provides synchronized Indonesian and English copy behind an instantaneous language switch, enabling the workshop to serve domestic and international buyers from a single fast codebase.
CNC carving & 3D process preview
Interactive galleries showcase precision CNC-carved panels alongside 3D architectural CAD planning previews, turning custom offline woodworking into tangible, inspectable digital assets.
High-performance Astro architecture
Server-rendered HTML with zero client-side JavaScript bloat delivers near-instant page loads and pristine image fidelity across desktop and mobile devices.
Direct multi-owner WhatsApp routing
Eliminates high-friction contact forms in favor of contextual WhatsApp routing to both workshop principals, backed by persistent floating action buttons on every screen.
Screens
A walk through the key screens in Pintu Jati Minimalis, one at a time.

Beranda
The opening screen. A darkened workshop photograph sits behind the headline, three feature badges summarise why the wood is genuine, and both owner contacts are reachable in one tap.

Ukiran CNC
A gallery of panels carved on a CNC machine. Each card is a short video still with a play affordance, so a visitor can judge the precision of the carving before ever contacting the workshop.

Proses & Video
The process section shows how each door is planned in 3D before it is carved, followed by a video portfolio. It turns an offline workshop craft into something a remote buyer can inspect.
