Runs background polling commands with concurrency locks to sync incoming postings and application status emails, enforcing strict idempotency through composite (source, external_id) database constraints.

Instantly promotes any discovered posting into a tracked application with a single click, linking canonical company entities and recording immutable transitions across seven lifecycle stages with real-time days-waiting stall badges.
Funnel analytics & offer comparison matrix
Calculates sequential pipeline conversion and drop-off rates across stages while profiling rejection inflection points, paired with a sticky-column matrix that contrasts base compensation, 13th-month bonuses (THR), and decision deadlines.

The scraping control panel. Type a keyword, choose how many results to pull per source and hit search — GaweTracker queries Glints and JobStreet live. Saved keywords are listed underneath and re-run automatically every hour in the background.
