Eddy Barber is a real-time booking and shop-management platform for a barbershop in Sukoharjo. Customers reserve appointments in a four-step mobile flow with live kapster availability, automated WhatsApp confirmations, and reservation code lookups, backed by a comprehensive operations dashboard. Built with Laravel, React (Inertia) and MySQL.

Four-step streamlined booking flow
Service selection, kapster choice, schedule slots, and confirmation are split into intuitive steps with a live progress indicator, validating against each barber’s working calendar in real time to prevent double-booking.
Live dynamic slot availability API
A schedule engine computes open appointment windows grouped into Pagi, Siang & Sore, and Malam based on service duration and active reservations, ensuring customers only ever see bookable slots.
WhatsApp verification & self-service lookup
Every confirmed reservation generates an automated WhatsApp booking slip that customers keep as verifiable proof, paired with a public lookup portal to check, reschedule, or cancel bookings via unique codes.
Full-lifecycle operational dashboard
Barbers, services, pricing tiers, photo galleries, testimonials, and appointment queues are managed from a unified operational dashboard with one-tap status updates and real-time schedule adjustments.

Step three. A seven-day quick strip sits above a full date picker, and the open slots are grouped into Pagi, Siang & Sore and Malam so a customer can scan to the time that suits them.
Konfirmasi
The final step. A reservation summary gathers the service, kapster, date, time and total in one card, then asks only for a name and an active WhatsApp number before the booking is locked in.
